Having purchased an airsoft pistol as a birthday gift, then eventually given as a Christmas gift, it only lasted a few shots. I contacted the main office via email with a short video of the issue and a pic of my receipt, I was able to have a day out driving to Dublin to not only replace the pustol ,but pay the difference to upgrade to a better pistol. I would not hesitate to shop witj these friendly assistants when purchasing similar gifts and accessories in the hopefully not too sistant future.

This is every Airsoft enthusiasts one stop shop. The sales service is friendly and efficient too. I recommend that anyone looking for more than a good deal check this store out.

A good shop co2 cartridges cost about 1 euro per each, place was hard to find, but look for the number 13 on the building, the directions won't help you
