The magic button is found conveniently at the bottom. Place your magazines in the pouch and begin to turn the button to tighten the tension of the cord that wraps around the pouch to the desired amount. This holds the magazine securely until you need it, to release the tension simply pull down the button and your mag can then be removed easily from this very cool pouch.
